Job summary

You will bridge internal client groups, drive scalable Workday solutions, and lead system upgrades and reporting initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2–3 years of Workday experience, hands-on configuration, and collaboration across IT, compliance, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration.
• Experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits design.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, and HR ERP projects.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday configuration SME; manage complex projects.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and testing plans in Workday.
• Develop and maintain HRIS reports and data integrity checks.
• Coordinate with payroll, recruiting, and other HR functions.
