Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS professional to partner with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements, design, build, test, and deploy HRIS changes. You will maintain custom reports, worklets, and dashboards and support global Workday administration across HCM, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation.

Responsibilities include security configuration, data integrations, process redesign, and system releases.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with business partners in other parts of the organization, including IT, Finance, etc.
• WD Payroll and LMS experience helpful.
• Software development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, design, build, test, and deploy Workday configurations, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain and develop custom reports, worklets and dashboards.
• Assist with global Workday administration, security, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT on system releases, upgrades, and process redesign.
• Ensure data integrity and timely data transfers to payroll and benefits.
• Support end-user testing and training for HR technologies.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and ensure system stability.
