Keel Infrastructure is seeking an HRIS Specialist (Workday) to own day-to-day Workday administration, reporting, and data integrity across People & Culture, Finance, and leadership. Configure processes, build calculated fields, and advise on evolving workflows.

This role drives audit readiness, data governance, and scalable self-service reporting, partnering with auditors and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely insights while expanding your Workday expertise.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience spanning administration/configuration and reporting.
• Proven record of delivering high-stakes reporting and supporting audits.
• Experience with handling highly confidential employee data across the HR lifecycle.
• Workday implementation or major module rollout is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Workday Administration & Operations: manage configuration, onboarding/offboarding, security roles, and org structures.
• Reporting & Analytics: design and maintain custom reports and dashboards; deliver headcount, turnover, compensation metrics.
• Data Integrity & Governance: run data quality audits; contribute to data definitions and access controls.
• Audit & Compliance Readiness: build audit reports; support audit responses; document configurations and controls.
• Process Improvement & System Roadmap: assess processes, gather requirements, and drive enhancements and integrations.
• Other: assist with ongoing People & Culture projects related to Workday.
