Alkegen is seeking an experienced Dayforce Administrator to manage HRIS systems across Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent modules. You will translate business requirements into secure, compliant configuration changes and maintain critical documentation.

You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, support data quality, and coordinate with IT and external partners. This role emphasizes global consistency and user enablement to reduce manual tasks.

Competenze

• Three+ years of HRIS administration or related systems experience, with hands-on Dayforce administration.
• Experience with Dayforce Core HR and at least one additional module (Payroll, WFM, Benefits or Recruiting).
• Experience configuring workflows, security roles and reports.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues, validating data and testing configuration changes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to business users.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across regions and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Administer Dayforce across enabled modules (Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent).
• Configure workflows, forms, organizational structures and reference data.
• Translate business requirements into system changes with global consistency.
• Maintain configuration docs and SOPs.
• Investigate and resolve system issues escalated by HR Services, Payroll and others.
• Troubleshoot access, data issues; coordinate with IT, Dayforce and partners.
• Track requests, communicate progress and identify recurring issues for fixes.
• Create user guides to reduce repetitive questions.
