Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, insurance or technology.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and other HR technology components such as configuration, testing, defect and release management.
• Strong communication, consulting and relationship management skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex HRIS design, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Consults across payroll, benefits, absence, compensation, talent management, self-service and integrations.
• Configures systems, tests and validates solutions to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Builds client relationships and provides guidance on best practices and process improvements.
• Prepares documentation and training to support HR processes within the system.
