Little Caesars Pizza is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to manage day-to-day Workday functionality and partner with business leaders to optimize HR processes. The role focuses on configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to support HR workflows and growth.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a passion for HR technology and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Workday or other HR systems.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude and data analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level Workday support to end-users and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate on Workday enhancements including configuration and testing.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and updates in Workday.
• Document changes and best practices for version control and naming conventions.
• Support creation of reports and dashboards for HR decisions.
• Troubleshoot integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Participate in Workday upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
• Coordinate cross-functional impacts and SME support for HR systems.
