Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an HRIS/Workday specialist to execute day-to-day Workday activities and partner with business leaders to mature the system in support of HR and business processes.
The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Workday platform, providing end-user support, ensuring data integrity, and delivering reports and dashboards to enable HR decisions across the organization.

Execute the day-to-day activities of core Workday HRIS/HCM System. Partner with business leaders to manage the business processes, mature the system, and help support growth and gain efficiency by leveraging existing and new Workday functionality. This role will contribute to the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system to support HR and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR technology, excellent analytical skills, and a desire to grow in the field of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
