Job summary

Illuminate USA in Pataskala, Ohio, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our expanding HRIS Team. You’ll help administer, maintain, and optimize Workday, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation across Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in HRIS Administration (preferably Workday).
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Intermediate to mid-level experience with Workday or HRIS concepts.
• Intermediate to mid-level knowledge of regulatory/compliance obligations and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• One or more Workday certifications preferred: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, or Security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer, process, report, test, and audit Workday data integrity.
• Serve as SME for Workday HR modules and support internal partners with analytics and reporting.
• Assist in module testing, upgrades, and end-user education.
• Conduct routine system audits and ensure data security and privacy compliance.
