As an HRIS Analyst, you'll work closely with the HRIS Team to assist in the Workday system's administration, maintenance, and optimization. Key responsibilities include maintenance, administration, processing, reporting, testing, and auditing to ensure data integrity of system design and functionality in Workday. You'll be a subject matter expert for Workday HR modules (Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits). Our HRIS Analyst supports internal partners throughout the organization with data analytics and reporting needs and assists in all module testing and upgrades, self‑service manager and employee education, and knowledge transfer to Workday functional leads.
