Job summary

HealthPlanOne, LLC is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst in the Shelton, CT area. This specialist will act as the technical point-of-contact for Workday HCM, supporting system configurations, data integrity, testing, and reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configurations, perform maintenance, and develop dashboards and end-user resources. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience with HRIS; Workday experience required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HCM system administrator for Workday applications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, Integrations).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configurations and workflows.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Configure and test new features, functionalities, and integrations to improve operations.
• Deliver end-user training and create resources to educate users on Workday updates.
• Maintain data integrity and develop Workday reports and dashboards.
• Stay informed on Workday releases, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Implement role-based access controls and data privacy standards.
