Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Staff Workday Engineer to join our HR Technology team as an individual contributor, driving strategy, solution design, delivery and optimization of Workday and related HR technology initiatives.

The role partners with HR and IT stakeholders, mentoring others, and leading initiatives from requirements through post-production support. This is a remote-friendly role with Dallas preferred and up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday experience with hands-on design, configuration, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, including advanced and matrix reporting, dashboards and data sources.
• Ability to translate HR/Talent requirements into scalable technology solutions and drive initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR and Talent strategies into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead Workday initiatives across Talent, Performance, Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Core HCM.
• Serve as a senior Workday SME and advisor to HR, IT and business stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Review designs, configurations, integrations, and impact assessments for scalability and security.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and external partners to ensure best practices.
