Job summary

Q2 is seeking an HR Administrator at the Career level to own the day-to-day configuration, administration, and integrity of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. You will partner with Total Rewards, Benefits, and Payroll leadership to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Experience with Workday Benefits and Compensation is a plus; you will also provide backup support for those functions and drive continuous improvement of HR technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in HR, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of HCM design, structure, functions, and processes.
• Experience with HR data governance, audits, and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex configurations for HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules; serve as primary functional and technical expert.
• Design and configure multi-step business processes and lead end-to-end testing with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot Workday configuration, calculation, and reporting issues and assess cross-system impacts.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, including audits.
• Write, maintain, and support standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation and help guides across all assigned modules.
• Design scalable HRIS workflows and automations to improve efficiency.
• Lead requirements and project workstreams with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
