You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and Operations to support distributed staffing and multi-entity needs within a dynamic real estate portfolio. The role drives end-to-end projects, manages budgets and timelines, and champions adoption of HR systems with a focus on process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience, including HRIS projects.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-state organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation across HCM, Payroll, and related modules.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR, Finance, IT, and Operations stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and executive updates.
