Jobs.now is seeking a senior HR technology architect to drive the Workday roadmap across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Integrations. You will translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and lead cross‑functional teams through multi‑year programs.

The role requires a Master’s in Information Systems or related fields and at least 5 years of global HR tech architecture experience. Remote work options may apply under company policies.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Information Systems, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of HR technology architecture experience across global organizations.
• Translate program requirements into Workday solutions for major delivery programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and multi-year roadmaps.
• Ability to define KPIs, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers to drive and prioritize HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Security & Integrations roadmaps.
• Oversee full lifecycle Workday implementations: discovery, design, UAT, change management, deployment.
• Manage SOX audits, controls, and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Lead governance of Workday security models, access controls, and data privacy.
• Coordinate work across global teams using Agile delivery methodologies.
