Job summary

Parsons is seeking an HR Systems Specialist, Workday to join the HR Systems and Analytics team. You will support Workday focusing on Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Learning, collaborating with TA and Learning teams to analyze needs and implement changes.

You will perform hands-on configuration and testing of Workday updates, work with HRIT and module administrators, and manage Jira tickets to resolution. Continuous research of Workday changes helps drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of Workday HRIS experience.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or Learning preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into Workday configurations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to analyze needs, enhancements, and change requests within Workday.
• Perform hands-on configuration and testing of updates to Workday modules.
• Partner with HRIT and module administrators for maintenance, implementations, and configurations.
• Manage Jira tickets and requests from stakeholders through resolution.
• Research and propose improvements based on Workday Community and market changes.
