Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks an experienced HR Systems Specialist to oversee Workday configuration, security, and integrations, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes across the firm.

You will administer Workday HCM and Learning, support external integrations, conduct data audits, and partner with HR and IT to drive efficiency while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information in a hybrid or in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of Workday HCM administration experience.
• Proficiency in Workday report writing (standard, advanced, and matrix reports).
• Experience working in a professional service or law firm environment.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and prioritize a dynamic workload to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Administer and maintain the Workday Learning application, including configuration and security.
• Support integrations with external vendors or third-party systems.
• Ensure security concepts and access controls are in place and followed.
• Partner with HR data stakeholders to safeguard data integrity and optimize performance.
• Participate in system implementation testing and evaluate functionality.
• Conduct regular data audits within Workday for accuracy and alignment.
• Serve as HR business analyst on Workday projects.
• Monitor data quality and analyze trends to prevent errors.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
