Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and improve the Workday HCMS and related systems.
• Provide first and second tier support for Workday applications.
• Ensure data integrity across the information lifecycle and conduct data audits.
• Lead system change testing and drive business process improvements.
• Configure security groups, roles, and access controls; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to safeguard HR data and system performance.
• Support integrations with external vendors and third-party systems.
• Act as HR business analyst on Workday configuration projects.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data in accordance with policy.
