Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks an HR Systems Specialist to own Workday HCM administration, security, and analytics. You will deliver first and second tier support for Workday, drive data integrity, and lead testing and changes to support scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of Workday HCM administration experience.

Responsibilities

Independently manage and prioritize a dynamic workload to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
Administer and maintain Workday Learning configuration and security.
Support integrations with external vendors or third-party systems.
Ensure security concepts and access controls within Workday are properly applied.
Partner with internal HR data owners to safeguard data integrity.
Participate in system implementation testing and evaluate functionality and usability.
Conduct regular data audits to verify accuracy and alignment with HR configurations.
Translate business needs into effective Workday solutions as HR business analyst.
Monitor data quality and identify errors to ensure system reliability.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for timely resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
