In close collaboration with the HCG Analytics Lead and broader HR team, this specialist will design, build, and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and executive dashboards to address key business needs. Simultaneously, the role will lead structured upskilling sessions and create practical reference materials to establish sustainable self-sufficiency across the team.
