Job summary

Wayne Farms seeks an HR Data Specialist to enter transactions in the Workday HCM system and generate required departmental reports. The role collaborates with HR and Operations to track metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and referrals.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in HR, experience with Workday or similar HRIS, and strong data accuracy and communication skills. Knowledge of safety and compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years' experience in a human resources environment.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and transactions in the Workday HCM system or other databases accurately and in the correct format.
• Serve as point of contact for employees and HRIS/system questions.
• Resolve data input discrepancies or missing data and escalate as needed.
• Gather and track data for HR/Operations metrics and distribute reports.
• Oversee messaging systems for the location and unemployment data processes.
• Provide training on Workday functionality to supervisors and managers.
• Validate I-9 documentation and complete related compliance steps.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
