Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, applying country-specific HR rules, and supporting international workflows. Strong Excel/data reporting skills and multi-country experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced HCM technical skills to manage system processes.
• Workday HCM or SAP HR experience required.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
• Experience in multi-cultural/multi-country environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma with strong experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of organizational structures and foundation values in Workday.
• Apply country rules to data movement and employment statuses.
• Perform data extracts and testing to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Collaborate with HR Services to apply global standards.
• Support initiation and completion of international assignments workflows.
• Provide policy and process guidance to employees and managers.
