Job summary

Canarys is seeking a Workforce Administration Analyst in Tampa, FL for a 12-month hybrid position. The role focuses on maintaining organizational structures in the Workday system and ensuring data accuracy across HR platforms, including Workday and SAP HR, with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing restructures, data extracts, and providing advanced reporting to support HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma with strong experience considered.
• Advanced HCM technical skills to manage system processes.
• Workday HCM or SAP HR experience required.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
• Experience in fast-moving, multi-country environments.
• Shared services experience preferred.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organizational structures and foundation values in Workday.
• Handle restructures and workforce changes, including separations.
• Ensure data accuracy and conduct system audits.
• Translate business needs into technical HR solutions.
• Apply country/locale regulatory rules to data movement.
• Perform severance calculations per local laws and policies.
• Manage sensitive worker data updates and mass uploads.
• Produce data extracts and test alignment to global standards.
• Collaborate with global HR hubs to apply standards.
• Support International Assignment workflows.
• Respond to escalated HR data inquiries with advanced reporting.
• Contribute to HR knowledgebase and service levels.
• Provide policy/process advice to employees and managers.
