Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced HCM Solutions Developer to design, implement, test, and productionize integrations for HRIS systems using Workday and UKG. The role focuses on security, discovery sessions, and creating scalable integration solutions with EIBs, API, and cloud connectors.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Workday HCM and UKG, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with Workday HCM Module and UKG (Kronos).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Security Administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS.
• Participate in discovery sessions for new integration set-up.
• Create, maintain, design, test, optimize, develop and set-up of integration solutions (EIBs, inbounds/outbounds, API, BIRT Reporting in Studio integrations, cloud connector).
• Map documents for integrations.
• Create and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations, studio integrations, cloud connector, EIBs including XSLT integrations.
• Maintain current integrations in Workday and UKG; develop calculating fields for reporting.
• Provide post-go live support for integrations.
