Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience with Workday HCM Module and UKG (Kronos).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Defined Critical Thinking skills.
• Experience with IT implementations involving integration components.
• Experience in designing and developing cloud-based integrations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Security Administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS.
• Create, maintain, test, and move integrations to production for HRIS.
• Develop integrations including EIBs, inbound/outbound interfaces, API, and cloud connector.
• Map documents for integrations and create XSLT scripts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot current Workday and UKG integrations; provide post-go-live support.
