Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years supporting HCM platforms, HR tech, or benefits systems.
• Hands-on Experience configuring Workday, UKG Pro/Ready, or similar HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including plan design and enrollment.
• Experience with carrier integrations and API-enabled data exchanges.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll, and time management.
• Ability to evaluate requirements and recommend scalable integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Solutions to advise on HCM integration capabilities.
• Guide customers through implementation and onboarding activities to ensure successful integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across HCM environments and Guardian systems.
• Collaborate to standardize processes and enhance integration capabilities.
• Influence API ecosystem and partner connectivity strategy.
