San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM seeks an HCM Solutions Developer Boomi / UKG to design and implement modern, scalable HRIS integrations across Workday, UKG Pro WFM, and third‑party systems. You will also serve as the UKG Pro WFM administrator and drive data exchange, automation, and data validation.

The role requires 5+ years in UKG Pro WFM configurations, integration design, API work, and ERP system knowledge, with a strong emphasis on Boomi transformations, Workday Studio,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years’ configuration and technical experience in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• Five (5) years’ experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions and middleware solutions.
• Three (3)+ years’ experience with API design and API management/GATEWAYS.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, RESTful services, SOAP, code management, and testing methodologies.
• Proven understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of integration strategies connecting cloud, SaaS, and on-premises systems.
• Provide programming support for ERP applications Workday and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• Configure and optimize integration runtimes, environments, and security protocols.
• Maintain and troubleshoot current integrations in Workday and UKG.
• Create and implement change management for projects.
