Responsibilities

• Security administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS.
• Participate in discovery sessions for new integration set-up.
• Creation, maintenance, design, test, optimization, develop and set-up of integration solutions; including EIBs, inbounds, outbounds, API, BIRT reporting and cloud connectors.
• Create complex inbound and outbound integrations and XSLT transformations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot current integrations in Workday and UKG.
• Provide post-go-live support and documentation for integrations.
• Create user and role-based security groups.
• Translate complex business processes into workable integration designs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Security Administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS
• Participate in discovery sessions for new integration set-up
• Creation, maintenance, design, test, optimization, develop and set-up of integration solutions; including, but not limited to, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), inbounds, outbounds, API, BIRT Reporting in Studio integrations and cloud connector Map documents for integrations
• Create complex inbound and outbound integrations, studio integrations, cloud connector, EIBs including XSLT integrations
• Create business form layouts as needed
• Maintain and troubleshoot as needed current integrations in Workday and UKG
• Develop calculating fields for reporting
• Provide support for post-go live and maintenance of integrations
• Copy integrations built from Preview, Sandbox or Developer environments to Production
• Create user based and role-based security groups
• Understand complex business processes and requirement to develop solutions
• Create XSLT scrips for integrations to transform XML data
• Serve as team member backup as needed
• Identify potential risks, and problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand
• Develop detailed specifications including integration diagrams for design, application configuration, and requirements

• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Environmental Work Conditions:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional irregular work hours (to meet the needs of SJRMC). Must be able to lift twenty-five (25) pounds. Occasional: lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and stooping. Must be able to: talk (ordinary and conversations), hear (ordinary and conversations), and see (acuity: near and far).
