Job summary

GSquared Group is seeking a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to support full‑lifecycle implementations, configuration, and post‑production optimization. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑quality Workday solutions across Absence and Time Tracking, with an emphasis on client‑facing collaboration and functional design.

The candidate will participate in discovery, design sessions, and configuration, while ensuring successful testing, UAT, and go‑live readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience
• Experience with implementations or post-production support
• Strong understanding of leave policies, time tracking rules, and related processes

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations
• Gather and document requirements in discovery sessions
• Configure absence and time tracking components including plans, accruals, schedules, calendars, rules, validations, and exceptions
• Translate business needs into functional system designs
• Prepare and maintain functional design documentation
• Validate configurations with stakeholders and support testing cycles
• Assist with UAT, issue resolution, and go-live readiness
• Provide post-production support, enhancements, and optimization
• Advise clients on Workday releases and reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery
• Travel as needed for milestones (10-20%)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
