Job summary

Summit Tech Partners LLC is seeking a Sr. HRIS Associate to support Workday HCM in a hybrid NYC setting. The role requires deep expertise in core HCM modules and strong recruiting platform experience.

You will configure, maintain, and optimize Workday processes, collaborate with multiple teams, and develop advanced reports and dashboards for executive audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday (HCM, BP configurations, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and EIB loads).
• Recruiting system administration experience (Greenhouse, Jobvite, SuccessFactors, or others).
• Strong understanding of Human Capital operations including recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and guidance to the Global Human Capital team in processing and troubleshooting core HCM business processes.
• Assist in planning and execution of US benefits open enrollment and global performance management cycle.
• Collaborate with Business Technology, Compliance, Finance on Workday projects and data requests.
• Develop reports, dashboards for audiences including senior management.
• Partner with vendor technical resources to troubleshoot workflow/integration issues and implement changes.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain training and communication materials.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity in the system.
• Serve as primary human capital representative in system audits for HR data governance and controls.
• Administer security roles and groups; conduct regular audits on security assignments.
• Plan and prepare for Workday major releases; execute tenant-wide regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for improvements/enhancements and implement them for efficiency.
