Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Optimization Manager to lead the optimization program for the Workday Practice, delivering solutions from assessment through deployment. You will design, build, and support initiatives that optimize client Workday environments and processes, while guiding a team of consultants and engaging with clients to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in an HCM capacity.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in an HCM capacity.
• 3+ years of Workday work experience.
• Active Workday HCM certifications (HCM Core).
• Experience delivering projects in a structured methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, assessments and Phase X deployments.
• Design and develop solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant or Phase X deployments.
• Hands-on project work to streamline client processes and deliverables.
• Lead optimization sessions, capture requirements, build/configure solutions, and collaborate with other Workday consultants.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about challenges and solutions.

## Workday HCM Optimization ManagerApply: US - Remote (Any location): Full time: Posted Today: 44365**Job Family:**SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 25%**Clearance Required:**None**What You Will Do:*** From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environmentsAs a Workday HCM Optimization Manager at Guidehouse, you will:* Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments* Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant or in a Phase X deployment* Be hands on for assigned projects helping to streamline client processes* Lead optimization sessions, capture client requirements, build/configure creative solutions and work with other Workday consultants* Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Work directly with clients and/or consultants to capture requirements and design documents* Guide the team in the design, build, and support testing of Workday modules* Actively communicate with other team members on cross functional items* Responsible to communicate functional challenges and solutions to internal and client teams* Lead in an innovative, teaming culture to enable constant innovation and improvement to processes and assets* Demonstrate consultative skills* Have a passion for high customer satisfaction levels**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with NINE (9) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity* A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday* Current holder of the following Workday Certifications: HCM Core* Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint* Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations* Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Workday Public Sector experience preferred* Current holder of an active Workday HCM Certification* Extensive knowledge using Microsoft productsThe annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00.
