Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and develop system integrations for Workday implementations. You will lead and mentor a team of integration consultants, designing and testing complex integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create design documents, and drive delivery across the workstream, while engaging third‑party vendors as needed and communicating technical solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or Master’s with Workday implementation experience.
• Workday Certification within integrations/workday studio/orchestrate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
• Design, build, and test complex Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors).
• Lead the delivery and resourcing of the workstream.
• Work with clients to capture requirements and design documents.
• Develop and lead development for quality Workday integrations.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors as required to complete work.

Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree and a MINIMUM of NINE (9) years of experience implementing WorkdayCurrent holder of a Workday Certification within ONE of the following: Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, etcA MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc)Up to 25% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office location. Consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as neededWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodologyImplementations involving deploying within a state or local governmentExperience working in HR or Financial Department environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizationsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00.
