Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager to lead the Optimization program within the Workday Practice. You will oversee design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their HR systems, including production support and deployments.

Responsibilities include managing assessments, guiding Phase X deployments, and partnering with customers to deliver scalable Workday transformations that maximize value and efficiency for HR operations.

Qualifications

• At least five years using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other HR ERP systems (post-production support preferred).
• Master's degree holders require at least three years of Workday experience; degrees may be substituted with nine years of experience.
• Three years of Workday experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support and planned assessments.
• Design and develop solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver transformations from assessment to deployment.

This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments* Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with NINE (9) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support* A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday* Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Workday Public Sector experience preferred* Current holder of an active Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits Certifications* Extensive knowledge using Microsoft productsThe annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00.
