The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach. The analyst will lead job architecture initiatives, assess current structures, and collaborate with leaders to align workforce design with business goals, ensuring pay equity and market

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Job Architecture, Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Transformation, or Workforce Strategy.
• Deep Workday HCM knowledge including Job Profiles, Job Families, and Compensation Grades.
• Proven ability to design job families, career frameworks, leveling methodologies, and compensation structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Job Architecture frameworks, including job families, profiles, and career paths.
• Assess current workforce structures and develop future-state classification and leveling frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and validate compensation structures, including salary grades, ranges, and market benchmarking to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, Compensation, and Business leaders to ensure workforce design supports overall business strategy and growth.
