Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join the HR Strategy & Technology team. You will support Workday HCM implementations, gather requirements, and participate in client workshops to drive HR process improvements. The role requires collaboration, detailed documentation, and strong communication.

Travel up to 50% is expected, with opportunities to work with Fortune 500 clients and deliver training, configuration, testing, and end-user enablement across HR modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing Workday HCM in one or more modules.
• 2+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
• 2+ years of consulting or HR/finance/tech experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Workday functional workstreams for implementation and optimization projects.
• Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements related to HR processes and Workday functionality.
• Participating in client workshops, demonstrations, and design discussions to support business process and system decisions.
• Assisting with Workday configuration, testing, data validation, and end-user training activities.
• Developing project deliverables, including process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Leading projects or workstreams; managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
