Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join our HR Strategy & Technology team. You will support Workday workstreams, collect and validate HR requirements, and contribute to design discussions with clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves configuration, testing, data validation, and end-user training, plus developing deliverables like process docs and guides. Travel ~50% and a potential immigration sponsorship are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing Workday HCM in modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or Talent.
• 2+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements and business processes.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or in human resources, finance, or technology.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Workday HCM certification in one or more HCM modules (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience serving Fortune 500 or equivalent clients (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentations (Preferred).
• Experience using Visio to create process flows or technical diagrams (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supporting Workday functional workstreams for implementation and optimization projects
• Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements related to HR processes and Workday functionality
• Participating in client workshops, demonstrations, and design discussions to support business process and system decisions
• Assisting with Workday configuration, testing, data validation, and end-user training activities
• Developing project deliverables, including process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
• Leading projects or workstreams when needed
