Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Junior Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant to support and configure Workday Recruiting modules in our client projects. The role focuses on recruitment workflows, job postings, candidate management, and interview processes.

The candidate should understand end-to-end recruitment life cycle, plus configure and test recruitment processes and integrations. Strong communication and analytical skills are required for collaboration with HR and technical teams.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of Experience in Workday HCM/Workday Recruiting.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Experience with Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Job Applications, and Offer Management.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting modules. The candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment processes, Workday configuration, and talent acquisition workflows.
