Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC seeks a junior Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant to join our team in Dallas. The role focuses on hands-on Workday Recruiting modules, recruitment workflows, and talent acquisition processes, with 2-5 years of related experience.

You will gather requirements, configure recruiting business processes, support job requisitions, postings, candidate management, and interviews. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in Workday HCM / Recruiting.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Understanding end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Job Applications, and Offer Management.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Configuration.
• Understanding of Workday security and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of EIB and Workday integrations is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Description:
