Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant for a 10-month engagement in Dallas, TX. The role requires configuring and supporting Workday HCM across core modules and collaborating with HR teams to drive improvements.

You will design supervisory structures, roles, and security, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to testing, releases, and cross-functional integrations. Prior Workday experience and strong analytical skills are essential.

Job Responsibility

• Workday HCM Configuration & Support
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality to support evolving business requirements.
• Support Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, and Absence processes.
• Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, organizations, and business processes.
• Manage Workday security roles, domain permissions, and access governance.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Partner with HR business teams to understand business challenges and identify system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Create calculated fields and custom reporting solutions.
• Support workforce analytics and HR reporting initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across HCM processes.
• Testing & Release Management
• Participate in Workday semi-annual release assessments and testing.
• Perform impact analysis for new features and enhancements.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
