Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a Human Capital Management Business Analyst (HCM BA) to support DOAS and SAO in implementing Workday HCM for 70,000 state employees. The role focuses on Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR, with strong requirements traceability and testing skills.

Hybrid engagement in the Atlanta metro area, providing training, documentation, and user support for new functionality.

Qualifications

Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables.
Ability to focus on results to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Document current and future state business processes.
Develop business functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop test plans and scripts, and test new or upgraded technology.
Provide technical support in maintenance or enhancements of systems.
Create software user guides and other supporting documentation as required.
Provide user support and training on any new applications or new functionality.
Provide incident support and communicate software issues to the appropriate personnel.
Serve as a liaison between DOAS business units and the technical team.
