Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Human Capital Management Training Coordinator to support a state government transformation in HCM practices.

The role coordinates training activities for Workday modules such as Onboarding, Core HCM/Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Optimization, with a hybrid in-office/telework arrangement.

You will lead trainers, manage training content, and serve as a primary contact for HCM users seeking training and course availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of experience providing technical, training or instructional services in Workday Human Capital Management.
• Experience leading trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4 trainers in delivering existing training for Workday modules (Onboarding, Core HCM/Benefits, Compensation, Talent Optimization).
• Coordinate training using Workday Learning and SharePoint/website resources.
• Research Workday topics, evaluate training content, and recommend curriculum changes.
• Develop policies, practices, and measurements in collaboration with Program Managers.
• Serve as primary contact for HCM users needing training information and course availability.
• Maintain telework readiness while being available for in-office staff meetings or sessions as required.
