Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to own day-to-day administration across Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Reporting and Recruiting. You will work with People Operations, Payroll, Finance and IT to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements for Team Members.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years Workday HCM experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT/HR/business, strong problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners while maintaining data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Workday HCM experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Reporting, Recruiting).
• Serve as escalation point for Workday issues; troubleshoot and resolve requests.
• Maintain business processes, security roles, and tenant configuration.
• Build and maintain reports, fields, and dashboards; assist with data loads/corrections (EIB).
• Manage Workday release cycles; coordinate testing and communicate changes.
• Gather requirements and design, test, and deploy solutions following SDLC.
• Track work in Jira or similar ITSM tool; document status and communications.
• Collaborate with external partners on projects and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and system security; assist with audits.
• Create configuration docs, SOPs, and user job aids.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
