Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years HR/HCM experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM; broader modules a plus.
• Strong project management capabilities; able to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High proficiency with AI tools and software packages such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Assist with gathering and translating business process requirements from HCM stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans to support timely execution of initiatives; track deliverables and milestones.
