Frazer Jones is seeking a Lead HR Operations Specialist (Temporary) to provide hands-on, end-to-end HR operations support during a critical systems transformation. The role spans onboarding through offboarding, HR data governance, reporting, and process improvements within a fast-paced professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with HR systems administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Operations, HR Generalist, HRIS, or People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting employee data management and HR systems administration.
• Prior experience within professional services, financial services, consulting, legal, accounting, or similar corporate environments strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, system upgrades, or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, employee status changes, and terminations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity across HR systems.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Prepare employment‑related documents, correspondence, and other HR materials as needed.
• Support annual HR initiatives including compensation planning, performance management, benefits administration, and employee data audits.
