Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support our Tier 2 Workday team. This role will focus on configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting across HCM Core, Time & Absence, and/or Payroll modules. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with Workday build and can work independently with minimal guidance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Reporting & Security.
• Experience with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, API familiarity).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Workday PRO Certification in relevant modules.
• Experience in Time & Absence and/or Payroll configuration.
