Job summary

The College is seeking a Workday Analyst to manage classification, compensation, and data within Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll and more. This role will coordinate with stakeholders to plan updates and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities include system administration, report development, and analytics, with a focus on Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and salary policy evaluation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years configuring Workday HCM and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Two years related administrative systems experience in a business analysis capacity.
• Three years of experience configuring Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR technology initiatives by gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Configure and test data loads; perform impact analysis and document procedures.
• Develop and run reports; respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• Maintain data integrity and support HR processes in Workday across modules.
• Support HR feature adoption roadmaps and stakeholder communications.
• Provide system troubleshooting and change-management support with ITS and consultants.
