Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Workday HCM Administrator to design, implement, and administer HR technology, primarily Workday. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to design and manage reports and processes that support HR needs.

Responsibilities include building reports, maintaining integrations, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. Strong English communication and expert knowledge of HRIS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS or related field
• 3+ years HRIS experience in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent/Performance
• 2+ years of report writing experience with ERP reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and SQL
• Experience configuring benefits, payroll, compensation, time off, reporting and security
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and execute reports in Workday and other HR systems.
• Create ad-hoc reports in Workday and other HR systems as needed.
• Provide training and end-user support on system navigation.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve production issues using best practices.
• Maintain and develop Workday integrations.
• Perform batch uploads and data extractions.
• Manage Workday major release impacts on configurations and integrations.
• Audit data integrity regularly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting mass data loads in Workday (EIBs).
