The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance Operations to provide technical leadership for the Workday Financial Management platform. You will serve as the finance decision-maker for architecture, security, and integration strategy and mentor a growing team of Workday analysts and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years supporting ERP/financial systems.
• 8+ years Workday FIN experience incl. configuration, security, integration.
• 8+ years accounting operations and financial reporting experience.
• 8+ years Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own Workday Financials configuration and governance.
• Lead Workday release cycles and testing.
• Drive configuration and architecture improvements.
• Maintain security design and access reviews.
• Oversee documentation of configurations, integrations, and standards.
• Provide leadership for Workday Admins and Analysts.
