Job summary

GQR is seeking an experienced Lead Workday HCM Systems Analyst to own configuration, optimization, and support of the Workday platform. This hands-on role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

You will lead projects, drive enhancements, and mentor the HRIS team while ensuring data integrity, security, and governance across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday/HRIS experience in production.
• Expertise in Core HCM, Business Process configuration, Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
• Experience across Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, or Payroll.
• Strong Workday integrations knowledge; EIBs and Core Connectors; Studio/API a plus.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and complex HR initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and guidance to other analysts.
• Global/complex enterprise Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Workday SME across Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Reporting.
• Configure and optimize Workday workflows, rules, validations, and security.
• Lead Workday enhancements and projects from requirements to post-production support.
• Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and fields.
• Maintain Workday security groups and access controls.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.
• Mentor other Workday/HRIS team members.
