Job summary

Strada Global is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant for Workday Financials to deliver client solutions across HCM and Financial modules. You will lead multi-project workstreams, design configurations, test plans, and deployments with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have 8–10+ years of consulting experience, Workday Financials certification, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% may be required, with flexible working options and a focus on delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of consulting experience implementing Financials systems.
• Workday Financials certification is required; candidates without it will need to certify.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Workday Financials projects from discovery to deployment.
• Consult with clients as Subject Matter Expert with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal initiatives.
