Job summary

Strada U.S. Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Workday Manager, Accounting Center Lead to oversee client deliverables and consult on Workday projects across multiple domains. You will manage projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to Strada's standards.

The role requires a deep Workday Financials skill set, strong communication, and the ability to guide teams while traveling up to 50% to support diverse clients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 to 7+ years of consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience translating business process requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle with external clients from discovery to deployment.
• Consult with clients and SMEs to propose solutions using Workday and other ERP tools.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure project scope, timeline and budget are met.
• Provide direction to less experienced colleagues and review deliverables.
